The Baskets are white epoxy coated with special ultraviolet protection and rust inhibitors. The pre-inserted  liners provide excellent insulation, great moisture retention for exceptional growth, more than any other liner in the market today. Each hanging basket comes with chain or wire hanger, and pre-inserted liner.
